What it solves
You need to know what inventory is in each zone of the warehouse or production floor, without running a physical count or waiting for someone to scan every item. Tags present in a read zone give you continuous visibility into what is there now and how long it has been there.
What the hub shows
The TitanRFID hub shows what is in each zone now. It shows the current zone only, not a history of past zones. This is what an operator or inventory manager sees.
- Tags present by zone, with in-zone-since and last-seen times
- Per zone, how many present tags are linked to an asset and how many are not
- How long each tag has been in its current zone
- Live tag counts by zone on the Dashboard
- Reads per hour over the last twelve hours
Getting the data out
Export your tag data as CSV from the hub, or have your own systems read zone inventory through the API, including a live stream of tags as they are read and move between zones. You can connect a WMS, ERP, or MES through the API.
Your existing inventory workflows stay intact. TitanRFID adds the zone visibility; your WMS or ERP stays the system of record for stock levels, allocations, and transactions.
