TitanRFID
Use case

Asset last-seen location.

Know where each tool, container, or asset was last seen, how long it has been there, and who has it checked out. Your own systems can read the same data through the API.

What it solves

Tools, containers, and returnable assets move around a facility and then disappear when someone needs them. Without continuous read coverage, you are left asking around or walking the floor. You need to know where each asset was last seen, how long it has been there, and who has it.

What the hub shows

The TitanRFID hub shows where each asset is and what state it is in. This is what an operator or asset manager sees.

  • Asset tag number, category, and custodian while it is checked out
  • Current zone and when its tag was last seen
  • Dwell time in the current zone
  • A timeline per asset: check-outs and check-ins, zones entered and left, missing and found
  • Status: available, checked out, missing, or retired. An available asset not seen for 10 minutes is marked missing and raises an alert

Getting the data out

Your own systems can read assets, their timelines, and their status through the API, and check assets out and in the same way. You can connect an ERP, MES, or asset register through the API.

Your existing asset workflows stay intact. TitanRFID adds where each asset is and who has it; your ERP or asset register stays the system of record for ownership, maintenance, and lifecycle.

Tell us what you want to track.

The conversation is short: what you want to track, roughly how many read points, and where the reads should end up. We take it from there.
