Terms of Service

The terms that govern use of TitanRFID.

Who provides the service

TitanRFID is operated by Wonder Systems. When you use the service, your agreement is with Wonder Systems.

What the service does

TitanRFID is a cloud-hosted platform that collects RFID tag reads from Impinj R700 readers, stores them, and makes them available through an operator console and data exports. The service does not include site surveys, hardware installation, antenna placement, or tag procurement.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for securing your account credentials and for activity that happens under your account. You may not use the service to violate any law or to track people without their knowledge and consent. You may not attempt to access data that does not belong to you.

Your data

You own the data you put into the service. Tag reads, telemetry, and anything you attach to a tag belong to you. We store and process that data to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of it, and we do not use it for purposes other than operating the platform.

You can export your data at any time. If you close your account, we will delete your data within 30 days unless we are required to retain it for legal or accounting reasons.

What we promise

We will operate the service with reasonable care and keep it available. We will respond to support requests within one business day. We will notify you in advance of scheduled maintenance that affects availability.

What we do not promise

The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy of reads, or that the platform will meet every specific requirement you have. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss beyond the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

TitanRFID is a cloud-only service. We do not offer on-premise deployment or guaranteed response times for every issue. If your operation requires those, this service is not the right fit.

Payment and cancellation

Payment terms are set when you create an account. You can cancel at any time. If you cancel, you will have access to the service through the end of your current billing period, and then your account will close.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or legal requirements. If we make material changes, we will notify active account holders by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
