When you contact us or create an account, we collect your name, email address, and company name. When you use the platform, we collect reader telemetry, tag reads, and any data you attach to those tags. We do not collect personal information from your RFID tags unless you put it there.

We use standard web server logs that record IP addresses, browser type, and page access times. We do not use advertising or tracking pixels. We do not sell your data to anyone.

How we use it

We use your contact information to operate the service, respond to support requests, and communicate about your account. We use tag reads and telemetry to provide the tracking and reporting features you signed up for. We use log data to diagnose problems and keep the platform secure.

We do not use your data for marketing unless you ask us to contact you about readers or updates. We do not share your data with third parties except for infrastructure providers (hosting, databases, email delivery) that help us run the service.

How long we keep it

Tag reads and telemetry are kept for as long as your account is active. Contact information is kept until you ask us to delete it or your account is closed. Server logs are retained for 90 days.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, request deletion, or correct inaccurate information. Email us at [email protected] with your request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in how we operate. If we make material changes, we will notify active account holders by email before the changes take effect.
